Where online can I get prices on collectibles?

My family is having a yard sale and we have many collectibles that we want to get the most for. They include un-opened collectible GI Joes and Special Edition Barbie Dolls. Also I have many old football and baseball cards. I’m looking for a website that I can just look for the item that I have and see how much I should attempt to sell it for.

And i’ve already used ebay.com

Total waste of time

In all honesty, ebay really is the best place to get a basic idea on the going price for collectible items.

There are websites out there for different collectibles, but every one of them will have a different price range.

Right now, it is definitely a buyer’s market when it comes to Barbie dolls. Most “special editions” tended to be over produced & have not held their value, especially if they are from the 1980′s & 1990′s.

I had a lot of dolls from the 1990′s that were still in the boxes & the boxes were in perfect condition. When I tried to sell them, I couldn’t even get what I originally paid for them. so I donated them to a children’s charity.
